The human seeks; but for what does he seek? He seeks for the truth, for the true life and the meaning of life. However, he does it in an impetuous rush as well as in carelessness and is always eager, in each and every thing that he comes across, to indulge in a belief, be this political, religious, sectarian, philosophical or ideological in other ways. At the same time, the human does not concern himself with reality, the truth and true love, humaneness and all what pertains to the true life. The human's seeking is also like an enormous boom throughout the world even though the human does not know what he actually seeks as the true life and as the meaning of life and also can imagine nothing by that. And it is exactly this that leads to the appearance of countless false prophets, gurus, masters, enlightened ones and lofty ones as well as book authors and those who offer seminars, and with their horrendous nonsense, with their false teachings and deceitfulness, they have an easy job of binding their believers to themselves in order to financially exploit them, to abuse them and to make them dependent. More and more, storm tides of books pour crazy subject matter of religious, sectarian, esoteric, philosophical and political form, etc., onto the humans who seek the life and the meaning of life, who greedily reach for these nonsensical books and are only too willingly led astray. To the humans, it is only important that they give themselves up to any false teachings and can believe in them without questioning everything and without letting reason and understanding prevail. Even scholars believe in the insanity of these false teachings, and not rarely do they delve, till consciousness-related exhaustion or even till psychological collapse, into old writings, in order to research and to ponder, until they become half crazy. False prophets of all kinds make the vat of fear full in the way that they preach the end of the world, warn of God's wrath and promise paradise to the believers. The fire of warnings and promises ignites around the world. Like a fever-filled plague, false prophets, esoteric ones, sectarians, enlightened ones, gurus, lofty ones and sages as well as those allegedly in contact with extraterrestrials as well as channelers, clairvoyants and other mediums, etc., want to spread divine messages. And as a matter of fact, the terrestrial human's psyche is thereby ransacked and hellishly strained; thus, nothing refreshing and nothing invigorating is to be found in it anymore. The whole sectarianism relating to this scorches, saps and sucks the human's last strength through which he perhaps could still come to understanding and reason in order to turn away from the whole nonsense towards the real truth of the teaching of life and the teaching of the spirit in order to evolve in the consciousness. But the human has, through his belief in the false prophets, esoteric ones, gurus, sectarians, mediums and other enlightened ones and lofty ones, already immersed in the morass of untruth, swindle, lies and deception in such a way that he can only free himself from that with extreme effort. Actually, he is already so inwardly torn in this gloominess that he can only hardly recognize the presence of the effective truth and the Creational laws. However, the human seeks and here and there finds the path to the reality of the truth despite all evils of one and another.
The human seeks, and here and there floats a soft whisper, a faint whisper of growing anticipation of something that corresponds really more to the truth than to any empty gibberish. If the human is ready, then he anticipates the arrival of that which makes every nerve within him become fidgety and unconsciously brings his yearning for the effective truth, for knowledge and wisdom as well as for true life and harmony, to its peak. In the human, it begins to seethe and surge, while within him, however, are still doubts that rampage, gloomily brooding, numbing and calamitous, in the thoughts and feelings as a result of the fear of having to endure punishment if the old and nonsensical things are discarded. This is the moment in which it is important that the path of reality is courageously followed and the truth is acknowledged, otherwise it brings forth confusion, faintheartedness and disaster if the dark, thick veil is not torn once and for all with full strength. If strength and courage are not summoned up, then the thoughts and feelings are again pulled down with powerful tenacity into the filthy morass in which all efforts for soaring thoughts of illumination are nipped in the bud. Therewith, a frightening silence with respect to the effective truth then sets in because all well-wishing is suppressed, stifled, undermined and destroyed in the swampy morass, whereby a possibility to once again find the path to freedom hardly exists anymore. The chance for this is vanishingly small in such a way that it can hardly be grasped anymore and be useful again if the situation is not changed for the better again through a tremendous influence of one's own. If this does not happen, then the cry of longing and seeking for light and truth, love, knowledge and wisdom is diverted and goes unheard in the all-consuming morass, which is deliberately created by all those false prophets, saviors, gurus, esoteric ones, masters, sectarians, enlightened ones and lofty ones as well as by misleading false assertions of uncomprehending and wrongly interpreted spiritual sciences, and they pretend to help, to bring the truth and salvation but, in truth, teach horrendous nonsense. Their teaching material is false, wrong, dishonest, hypocritical, irresponsible, misleading and unreal. They do not teach the truth but rather lies; their words are hollow and their desire is only power and profit, a life like a king as well as in arrogance, virtueless and without honor and dignity, because they do not bring love, harmony, peace and freedom to the seeking human but rather misery, distress and fear. As false prophets and saviors, etc., they know neither the laws and directives of Creation nor the truth in regard to the teaching of life, the teaching of the spirit and the meaning of life, which leads to them robbing the human of the water necessary for life.
The false saviors and prophets fatigue the consciousness of the human through their nonsense, their wrong and false teachings as well as through their deceit and their lies instead of enlivening this through truth, true knowledge, wisdom and love. Actual truth refreshes the consciousness directly because it invigorates and enlivens. The human who seeks simply the truth, knowledge and wisdom, love, harmony and inner freedom as well as inner peace is shocked by the untruth and pseudoexplanations. This shock is, on the one hand, the fear created by the false teachings and assertions and, on the other hand - due to complete incomprehension - the misinterpretation, inevitably connected therewith, of the real truth, which absolutely diverges from the lies of the false prophets and saviors. Thus, also, in regard to the Beyond, a wall is put up for the human by the false teachings and the related false spiritual sciences, that cannot be broken through and that allows no glimpse into the reality of the deathlife. And on the other hand, who among the humans who really seek the truth should understand the confused talk and all the strange words of the so-called ''"scholars"'' who put their explanations that are truly insufficient and, as a rule, completely contrary to the truth into complicated sentences and incomprehensible modes of expression? Here it is really questionable whether the concerns about the Beyond and all that pertains to it should be valid only for these false teachers and ''"spiritual scientists"''. And in relation to this, countless nonsensical books are written, in which are written a lot of empty phrases or fantasies that have nothing to do with reality in the slightest (concerning this, see Billy's work: ''"Reincarnation, Life, Dying, Death and Mourning"'', Aquarian Age Publishing House FIGU).
The false prophets, saviors, ''"spiritual scientists"'', esoteric ones and all who are linked with religions and to sectarianism as well as with philosophies all speak of God, and, at the same time, their intelligence is not so far developed that they could recognize that the Creational is not a God but rather alone the unpersonifiable universal consciousness and is just simply named Creation. A university of truth surely must be established for them all so that they can define the term Creation as universal spirit and universal consciousness and not correlate God with a Creator God and God the Father and learn to understand that, since time immemorial, God is only a title of a human who is advanced in wisdom. Must really all these God-believers first gain the ability to recognize and to define the term Creation through arduous learning? Is it actually such that the terrestrial human, through his search for religions, sectarianism, philosophies and other ideologies, finds the true path of truth and the true truth only if the world or the universe collapse around him and his ambition in regard to the belief is destroyed?
Due to the belief, the human is constrained within himself, uncertainly and one-sidededly instead of many-sidededly, comprehensively and farsightedly oriented, and because he has strayed from the path of the actual truth and the teaching of life as well as the teaching of the spirit and therewith also the Creational directives and laws, he staggers, intoxicated by the belief, from one religion, sect or philosophy to another. But this is no reason for despair because, human, only look up if you are an earnest seeker of the real truth: The path to what's higher, to evolution of the consciousness, to the fulfillment of the Creational laws as well as to the true life, compassion and to your inner freedom and harmony as well as to inner peace, to knowledge and to wisdom lies open before you. In order to follow the path of truth, you must become free and open, face the effective truth neutrally and without any expectations, think about it by yourself and find the truth within yourself. You do not first have to discard your belief and be afraid of divine punishment for that, but you can, in fact, discover the truth if you are still clouded over with the belief. It is only necessary that you occupy yourself with the reality of the truth internally with your very own thoughts and feelings and seek the explanations and logical results within yourself. And if you recognize the reality of the truth within yourself, then your belief will slowly disappear, and you will devote yourself more and more to the truth and eventually detach yourself from the belief that feeds on religions, sectarianism, false philosophies and other false ideologies and can free yourself from that. Inner seeking and searching as well as inner learning is the gateway to knowledge and wisdom, to the true life as well as to inner peace, harmony and inner freedom.
The teaching of the truth, the teaching of life and the teaching of Creation's laws as well as the teaching of the spirit is an all-encompassing, unique work, developed in simplicity and plainness, without religious and sectarian empty phrases, without the threat of punishment and without the constraint of praying and having to believe. Therefore, through adherence to the teaching, one does not have to struggle against fear, untruths and error; and the teaching is also not arduous and difficult to learn because it makes no demands whatsoever, as this is the case with religions and sects, etc. Only the adherence to the laws and directives demands effort and patience because the adherence signifies a fundamental change of the human in regard to his negative thoughts and feelings as well as to the removal of all bad habits, vices and qualities, etc. The contrary, as the religions, sects and philosophies convey it, is false because it is not simply, plainly an untruth but rather a blatant lie. Therefore, distance must be obtained from this, in which this distancing, however, must be voluntary and without fear. But this can happen only if the human leads himself to the truth and is fully seized by it. The human must, according to his own will and from his own reason, abandon the religious, sectarian belief because the being God as well as angels, demons, religions and sects correspond to a work of human minds and are only an unreal fragment of an unreal reality.
The teaching of the truth is not arduous and exhausting; only its realization gives the human trouble, namely because he must make an effort to become a real and truthful human. He must make an effort to acquire his capabilities like tolerance, patience, love, honesty, all virtues, etc., as well as the understanding of actual reality. This means that self-knowledge and self-discipline must be translated into reality, as also modesty and all other values through which the human distinguishes himself as human. This is the arduousness but not the teaching itself, because this is simply and clearly understandable, because it corresponds to the Creational-natural laws to which it is imperative to adhere. And these laws are values that the consciousness can grasp even if it is bound to space and time and it, in regard to the current evolution, still cannot comprehend eternity and infinity but rather only exactly that which is visibly, directly connected with Creation.
The consciousness is not quiet in the stream of inconceivable energy and power that springs from Creation and from BEING as well as from all beings and flows through everything; consequently, it develops, evolves and more and more is able to comprehend in knowledge and wisdom. From Creation itself, from BEING and from all beings, the human consciousness draws its functioning, even the energy and its power, which are absorbed and used every second. The human thereby learns, with also his reason, to rationally and consistently comprehend and grasp everything. The human's consciousness is thus not very poor in his actions and in his understanding, as it is erroneously assumed, because it is the consciousness that evolves in truth and works its way ever higher in reason and understanding.
The human must never let up in his learning and never fixate on particulars because the path of evolution demands that a comprehensive and complete learning is pursued, in which the particulars are regarded as ascertaining factors that nevertheless must be attached to the whole. The whole consists of many particulars that must be processed individually and formed into the whole. Also, the human is actually a whole in his inner being, which nevertheless consists of many particulars that must be comprehensively processed and brought to the highest level. Certainly, this is associated with the effort of learning because in contrast to the religious or sectarian belief, which is just thoughtlessly accepted and practiced without consideration of being right or wrong as well as without questioning, the teaching of the truth demands that the human lengthily and thoroughly deals with each and every thing intellectually and emotionally in such a way till he finds the truth within himself. Religious and sectarian belief demands believing, a tormentlike, submissive bearing of the consciousness, thoughts and feelings and a total enslavement of the consciousness.
If the human has a strong will within himself and really endeavors to bestow purity on his thoughts and feelings in his search for what is higher, then he very first and foremost must look after himself, practice in self-knowledge and change in all things that control him. So, he has not found, with the will and efforts, the path to his highest goal for a long time yet, whereby everything that he wishes in his evolution is given to him. Therefore, he must continue to steadily endeavor that everything that being a true human requires is given to him. For this neither false prophets, saviors, gurus, masters, enlightened ones and lofty ones, esoteric ones, preachers, priests and parochial powers nor ''"spiritual scientists"'', etc., are needed but rather only one's own consciousness-related effort through thoughts and feelings in a seeking, searching and discerning way as well as one's own change for the better. And if the human acts in this way, then he frees himself from the pressure of all pathological brooding and from the search for the truth in false prophets, saviors and other swindlers, liars and deceivers. If the human follows the right path, which he can find only within himself, then he regains the health of his consciousness, his thoughts and feelings as well as the psyche.
Human of Earth, wake up and look about yourself and recognize that only you alone can open your path to yourself and make life joyful and successful for yourself. Pay no attention to the belief, but rather be uplifted by the truth; avoid the religions and sects, the false philosophies and ideologies, that preach untruths, because the fundamental truth of all things is alone contained in the Creational and natural laws, and you do not find these in false teachings but alone within yourself. You are yourself the great truth-bringer for you, which is why you must let reason and understanding prevail in order to find the truth within yourself. You yourself are the embodiment of love, freedom, harmony und peace - only you must yourself create it in yourself through your own power. Therefore, it is not the religions, sects and philosophies that bring you all the high values of life but solely and alone you yourself.
Religions, sects and false philosophies bind and damage the human's consciousness, subject this to an enslavement, torment it with utterly evil dogmas, which are solely and alone the work of false prophets, saviors and all kinds of human-subjugating riffraff, who, through the faith, have greedily exploited their followers for profit and led them astray since time immemorial. Their machinations are no work of Creation but forms alone constrained by human sense, which means a debasement and disparagement of the Creational and its laws and its systematic undermining. Every human who honestly and earnestly seeks the truth repels these slimy machinations because he instinctively recognizes and understands their untruthfulness, that he therewith can never experience the great truth and reality. Only those humans who rashly endorse, simply beliefwise, these rotten machinations and are consequently also not honest seekers of the fundamental truth give way to the nonsense because they are still not so learned and able, within themselves, to question everything and to discover the real truth within themselves through their own power. Therefore, their yearning for the truth becomes ever more hopeless, whereby they get ever deeper into the clutches of the false prophets and saviors, etc., which ultimately has not seldom the consequence that these humans despair of themselves and the world and possibly put an end to their lives.
Human of Earth, wake up and destroy, within you, the chaos and the dogmatic wall of belief whose nature is religious, sectarian, false philosophical or false ideological in other ways, because only thereby can the truth grow out of you and penetrate undistorted into your consciousness as well as into your thoughts and feelings. Your thoughts and feelings as well as the psyche will then exultingly soar in unimagined happiness and joy, and happiness, freedom and harmony as well as peace and love will surge up within you and let you feel everything in such a way that it nearly goes beyond the boundaries of your understanding.

The human must, according to his own will and from his own reason, abandon the religious, sectarian belief because the being God as well as angels, demons, religions and sects correspond to a work of human minds and are only an unreal fragment of an unreal reality.
The teaching of the truth is not arduous and exhausting; only its realization gives the human trouble, namely because he must make an effort to become a real and truthful human. He must make an effort to acquire his capabilities like tolerance, patience, love, honesty, all virtues, etc., as well as the understanding of actual reality. This means that self-knowledge and self-discipline must be translated into reality, as also modesty and all other values through which the human distinguishes himself as human. This is the arduousness but not the teaching itself, because this is simply and clearly understandable, because it corresponds to the Creational-natural laws to which it is imperative to adhere. And these laws are values that the consciousness can grasp even if it is bound to space and time and it, in regard to the current evolution, still cannot comprehend eternity and infinity but rather only exactly that which is visibly, directly connected with Creation.
The consciousness is not quiet in the stream of inconceivable energy and power that springs from Creation and from BEING as well as from all beings and flows through everything; consequently, it develops, evolves and more and more is able to comprehend in knowledge and wisdom. From Creation itself, from BEING and from all beings, the human consciousness draws its functioning, even the energy and its power, which are absorbed and used every second. The human thereby learns, with also his reason, to rationally and consistently comprehend and grasp everything. The human's consciousness is thus not very poor in his actions and in his understanding, as it is erroneously assumed, because it is the consciousness that evolves in truth and works its way ever higher in reason and understanding.
The human must never let up in his learning and never fixate on particulars because the path of evolution demands that a comprehensive and complete learning is pursued, in which the particulars are regarded as ascertaining factors that nevertheless must be attached to the whole. The whole consists of many particulars that must be processed individually and formed into the whole. Also, the human is actually a whole in his inner being, which nevertheless consists of many particulars that must be comprehensively processed and brought to the highest level. Certainly, this is associated with the effort of learning because in contrast to the religious or sectarian belief, which is just thoughtlessly accepted and practiced without consideration of being right or wrong as well as without questioning, the teaching of the truth demands that the human lengthily and thoroughly deals with each and every thing intellectually and emotionally in such a way till he finds the truth within himself. Religious and sectarian belief demands believing, a tormentlike, submissive bearing of the consciousness, thoughts and feelings and a total enslavement of the consciousness.
If the human has a strong will within himself and really endeavors to bestow purity on his thoughts and feelings in his search for what is higher, then he very first and foremost must look after himself, practice in self-knowledge and change in all things that control him. So, he has not found, with the will and efforts, the path to his highest goal for a long time yet, whereby everything that he wishes in his evolution is given to him. Therefore, he must continue to steadily endeavor that everything that being a true human requires is given to him. For this neither false prophets, saviors, gurus, masters, enlightened ones and lofty ones, esoteric ones, preachers, priests and parochial powers nor ''"spiritual scientists"'', etc., are needed but rather only one's own consciousness-related effort through thoughts and feelings in a seeking, searching and discerning way as well as one's own change for the better. And if the human acts in this way, then he frees himself from the pressure of all pathological brooding and from the search for the truth in false prophets, saviors and other swindlers, liars and deceivers. If the human follows the right path, which he can find only within himself, then he regains the health of his consciousness, his thoughts and feelings as well as the psyche.
Human of Earth, wake up and look about yourself and recognize that only you alone can open your path to yourself and make life joyful and successful for yourself. Pay no attention to the belief, but rather be uplifted by the truth; avoid the religions and sects, the false philosophies and ideologies, that preach untruths, because the fundamental truth of all things is alone contained in the Creational and natural laws, and you do not find these in false teachings but alone within yourself. You are yourself the great truth-bringer for you, which is why you must let reason and understanding prevail in order to find the truth within yourself. You yourself are the embodiment of love, freedom, harmony und peace - only you must yourself create it in yourself through your own power. Therefore, it is not the religions, sects and philosophies that bring you all the high values of life but solely and alone you yourself.
Religions, sects and false philosophies bind and damage the human's consciousness, subject this to an enslavement, torment it with utterly evil dogmas, which are solely and alone the work of false prophets, saviors and all kinds of human-subjugating riffraff, who, through the faith, have greedily exploited their followers for profit and led them astray since time immemorial. Their machinations are no work of Creation but forms alone constrained by human sense, which means a debasement and disparagement of the Creational and its laws and its systematic undermining. Every human who honestly and earnestly seeks the truth repels these slimy machinations because he instinctively recognizes and understands their untruthfulness, that he therewith can never experience the great truth and reality. Only those humans who rashly endorse, simply beliefwise, these rotten machinations and are consequently also not honest seekers of the fundamental truth give way to the nonsense because they are still not so learned and able, within themselves, to question everything and to discover the real truth within themselves through their own power. Therefore, their yearning for the truth becomes ever more hopeless, whereby they get ever deeper into the clutches of the false prophets and saviors, etc., which ultimately has not seldom the consequence that these humans despair of themselves and the world and possibly put an end to their lives.
Human of Earth, wake up and destroy, within you, the chaos and the dogmatic wall of belief whose nature is religious, sectarian, false philosophical or false ideological in other ways, because only thereby can the truth grow out of you and penetrate undistorted into your consciousness as well as into your thoughts and feelings. Your thoughts and feelings as well as the psyche will then exultingly soar in unimagined happiness and joy, and happiness, freedom and harmony as well as peace and love will surge up within you and let you feel everything in such a way that it nearly goes beyond the boundaries of your understanding.

Sunspot Activity: Potentially catastrophic for Earth electronics

Billy ... But that which interests me now relates to our sun, its eruptions, the
dark spots on the surface of the Sun, the magnetic field, the plasma vortex
and energy mass, and the size in proportion to all planets and moons, and
so forth, and everything of significance all around. I am especially interested
in regard to the next year in which the Sun’s 11 year cycle of activity again
occurs which, under certain circumstances, can lead to massive
electromagnetic disturbances on the Earth, and in its outer realm of
influence. If you can just say something general in a language
understandable for us lay persons, about, for example, what occurred in
recent years, what is happening presently and what can result in the coming
time?
Ptaah To be said straight away is that the terrestrial scientists err to a large
degree in regard to the Sun’s lifespan, because it is a dying star and its real
remaining lifetime accordingly amounts to only 1,500,000,000 to
2,500,000,000 years. To say, further to that, is that the star has drifted for
years in a weak dynamic phase, and only becomes more active now and
again, for example, in March 2010. The dynamic of the Sun is based on
cycles of approximately eleven years which, in turn, are connected with the
magnetic fields which, however, also impede the emergence of the energy
which surges from the interior of the sun. But an even greater number of
other factors exists through which all processes are determined. Dark
matter, which for the terrestrial scientists is still very mysterious, also
thereby plays a certain role, and indeed in particular in regard to the
transport of the Sun’s hot energy, because without the influence of the dark
matter this would not be possible. The around 6,000 degree Celsius hot
surface of the Sun is heated up to 1,000,000 degrees Celsius by the
thermal energy from the interior of the star. This, while the dark sun spots
however only have a temperature of around 4,000 degrees Celsius and
extend up to 1,700 kilometres deep into the sun’s interior by means of their
tunnel-like, that is to say, funnel-like form. At these depths it is many
millions of degrees Celsius in the star. As a result of these temperatures the
inner material of the sun transforms into plasma - into electrically charged
gas - whereby these masses shoot out all around the maw as flaming
plasma at a speed of 100,000 kilometers an hour. If dark sun spots emerge
in groups, then enormous sun-storms emerge from them which release
energies which are only comparable with the energy of thousands of
millions of conventional atomic bombs. The Sun lives and hurls its
monstrous energies out into its area of the system, even if it is a dying star
which presently drifts in a phase of lesser activity. If the new, high phase of
activity comes, which is to be expected immediately and in the next year,
then it can be monstrously big and can cause very much damage in regard
to nature and the human electronic technological advances. Basically,
violent plasma eruptions should have already been occurring for a long
time, yet since the activity has, so to speak, dropped to a minimum, greater
outbreaks have not occurred up to this point, but, with the new activity which
is ahead, they can now be very enormous. The fact is that, currently, for that
reason, in the Sun’s interior, enormous changes are taking place, which
also show in the form of external effects. For example, on the surface of the
Sun, an extensive current of material has emerged which is driven by the
residue of the magnetic field (which has arisen from the weakened, dark
sunspots) in the direction of the poles of the Sun, to then sink again there
up to 250,000 kilometers deep into the Sun’s interior, to then move back
again in the direction of the equator. At the mentioned depth of the Sun’s
interior, the magnetic fields again lengthen and also become strong again,
which means that they are newly charged with energy, after which they
become newly active and break out yet again on the surface and form new,
dark sunspots. From that it also follows that these material currents,
together with the different, fast rotation of the surface of the sun, assures
that a reversal of the magnetic fields of the Sun results, which manifests
every eleven years. Normally the current of material moves very slowly
towards the poles, and indeed at a speed of 2.7 to 3.7 kilometers per hour,
yet for about seven years this speed has amounted to about 50 kilometers
per hour. The result of this fast current is that the magnetic fields are
prevented from emerging on the Sun’s equator. This is also the reason why
the last three years on Earth had enormously cold Winters. The dark
sunspots which are surrounded by giant, funnel-shaped magnetic field line
loops - which transport hot gas and plasma - show the actual magnetic
1wesen of the Sun. If particularly big energy outbreaks occur, then the
magnetic field lines and the plasma free themselves from the Sun and shoot
away from it. The plasma loops thereby reach, as magnetic energy, up to
100,000 kilometers in length and breadth if they break forth from the Sun,
whereby giant dark zones then also come about on the Sun’s surface. If more
dark sunspots come about, then that results from the fact that magnetic field lines are increasingly breaking through the Sun’s surface. Therefore the stronger
the magnetic field, the more dark sunspots manifest. If, on the other hand, it
is weaker, fewer dark spots occur. The Sun’s magnetic field, called the
heliospheric current sheet, has - in its rotating, spiral radiation form - an
effect on the entire SOL system, and, in fact, up to the outermost realms of
the Kuiper belt, and still some distance beyond. From these sunspots,
magnetic field lines escape from the Sun’s interior, whereby the Sun’s
ejected energy, which strikes the Earth, is monstrously high. On average,
the Earth is struck every single second by an energy mass such as could be
produced by approximately 155 – 160 million atomic power plants. The
energy mass is therefore so enormous that 0.01 percent of it would already
be sufficient to meet the energy requirements of the entire terrestrial
humanity of 8 billion Earth inhabitants. And what there is to say concerning
the size in proportion to the planets and moons, and so forth, in the SOL
system, is that they come to only exactly 0.2 percent of the central heavenly
body, which contains 99.8 percent of the entire material content in the SOL
system. As said, the Sun is a dying star, which will still exist for between
1,500,000,000 and 2,500,000,000 years, with a presently active age of
around 5,000,000,000 years. However its 2ur-ur origin lies very much further
back and is based on ur-energies, the age of which, on one hand, the
terrestrial scientists cannot calculate, and which appears fantastic to them,
because it leads back to previous forms of the whole universe about which
they lack knowledge and understanding regarding its existence. They do not
understand, and are also not able to fathom, that the visible material
universe is only the fourth belt of the universe, which consists of seven belts
altogether, whereby only the fourth belt has galaxies, nebulae, suns, planets
and moons, and so forth, while the inner three and outer three immaterial
energy belts cannot be seen and, therefore, the inner and external energy
belts, between which the material belt - that is to say, the material universe -
is located, and from which the so-called background radiation emerges,
cannot be seen. Also, the terrestrial scientists do not know that the material
belt renews itself every 49,000,000,000 years which, last time, was around
17,000,000,000 years ago, and that the current material universe is already
the third form of the constant renewal and that the entire seven belted
universe is already around 46,000,000,000,000 years old. But back to the
Sun: the Sun means life for all life-forms in the SOL system, and those lifeforms
deep in the interior of the Earth, which live in complete darkness and
never see a ray of sun, also profit from the Sun’s energy. And not only do
the planets themselves rotate but the same thing happens with the Sun,
which, with its own rhythm, rotates on its own axis once every four weeks.
However, it thereby has different rotation times and rotation speeds; at the
equator, near the poles and in the middle latitudes; whereby that alone
guarantees that it can sling the energies - which are generated in its

their energies to Earth and induce storms of electrons on Earth. These
induce electric currents as a result of which enormous numbers of electrical
- and therefore, also electromagnetic - apparatuses and devices of all kinds
can be made inoperable just as can atomic and electric power plants as well
as other plants, machines and vehicles, and so forth, which are in any way
associated with electrical energy. If something happens in this form then the
whole thing is absolutely not harmless, because if such harmful
consequences arise, then not only do large parts of the economy and
medical care, as well as drinking water supply, collapse, but also the
production and necessary transport of food stuffs, as well as general
security measures against plundering. Not to mention that, in regard to all
Earth human advances, a setback in development could result and damage
could generally come about in all areas, which would take decades to rectify
again. The Earth human beings and their governments would also come to
the brink of financial ruin, which means that they would become incapable
of payment concerning being able to generally address and rectify the
damage which had arisen. Criminality and wrongdoing would also climb,
along with many other evils, which would be incalculable. This would be the
case if a catastrophe in fact arose in the form in which it could with an over-activity of the Sun. But that happening is only a possibility and does not correspond to a prediction, because it still is not certain what will occur when the activity wakes the Sun from its slumber.

My question in regard to that is whether I am correct with these assumptions and also thereby, that many more human beings will be killed or become sick with cancer and lose their lives as a result of the nuclear radiation? I would also like to know what you have to say in regard to the safety of atomic power plants and atomic reactors, as they are built and operated here on the Earth? You did already say around 25 years ago in a private conversation, when the Chernobyl disaster occurred, that there is no effective safety for such atomic energy-generation facilities, and that the human beings of Earth also could never create such atomic facilities in this respect, which could provide absolute safety. Also to say is that our geologists and all those who concern themselves with seaquakes and earthquakes still continue to make no distinction between seaquakes and earthquakes, although these are two different forms of quakes. Can you just say something in a simple language which is understandable for me and also all other lay persons?

Billy It is because of the seaquake-tsunami catastrophe in Japan. Around 6:45 am, Central European Time, on Friday, the 11th of March, a massive earthquake, with a strength of 9.0 on the Richter Scale, occurred off the Japanese coast. The earthquake triggered an enormous tsunami which rolled across the coast of the main island of Honshu. The worst affected are three prefectures in the northeast of the country (Fukushima, Iwate, Miyagi) on a 600 kilometer coastline. In Fukushima, a nuclear power plant with six reactors has been seriously affected. In regard to that, it is said that a super worst-possible case-scenario is possible. But I think that this has already happened, and now an ultra super worst-possible-case-scenario threatens. And it is also the case that the emerging radiation and radioactive water from the reactors will not just pollute large parts of the district, rather perhaps entire tracts of land, and the sea, and that the emerging radioactive particles will also be driven by the wind around the world, thus also to Europe.
Ptaah Your assumption is right, that the so-called super worst-possible-case-scenario has already occurred, being that, very dangerous and extensive radiation is being emitted from reactor 3, in which the dangerous plutonium is exposed, and which not only spreads over wide regions, rather also spreads out into the sea and seriously contaminates the sea as well as fish and the other sea creatures, which has manifold deadly consequences. It is therefore a deliberate lie, from those in charge, that the disaster has not yet happened in the named form. And the occurrence of the now-threatening, ultra super worst-possible-case-scenario, as you call it, is only a question of time. The measures which are taken for the cooling of the reactors, and so forth, and which are meant to prevent everything, only correspond to useless acts of desperation. But also to bear in mind with this is that the water which is taken, in desperation, from the sea to use for cooling, on the other hand, involves great danger, because the seawater’s salt generates dangerous effects which impair the cooling process. And the radioactive particles, which are blown all over the place by the wind, actually spread around the Earth. We have already been able to detect, two days ago, on March 17th, 2011 - therefore last Thursday - such radioactive particles in the northern area of Europe as well as in Central Europe.
Billy And is Switzerland also affected by that?
Ptaah That is actually the case, whereby one can assume that the radioactive particles – which have emerged up to this point in low amounts – will manifest in increased quantity.
Billy That is to be feared. But that which interests me is: how great is the possibility – that is to say – is it even possible, to decontaminate areas contaminated with radioactivity, by destroying the radiation? I especially think about contamination with plutonium. The technically most important isotope, an emitter of alpha particles, is plutonium 239, with a half-life of 24,110 years. Plutonium is a silver-white, non-noble, heavy metal, which is primarily artificially produced in nuclear reactors – more precisely, breeder reactors. In nature, it occurs only in very small quantities in uranium ores, where it originates from natural uranium. As a consequence of its high alpha-particle-radiating activity and its propensity for accumulating in the bones of human beings and other living organisms, plutonium has the effect of making the entire body radioactive. It belongs to the most dangerous of known toxins. As a rule, the inhalation of plutonium dust evokes lung cancer, whereby, however, the effect of even a few micrograms can lead to fatal radiation poisoning. At least, those are the most important facts of which I am aware, aside from the half lives of two further plutonium isotopes. Of course, I am no nuclear physicist.
Ptaah That which you say is naturally correct. But, to your question, I can only explain that there is no possibility at all of eliminating ionising radiation. Therefore, we also know of no effective method in this regard. Only the half-life period can be taken into consideration, during which the radiation decreases by half.
Billy In 24,110 years, half the radioactive substance is present. After a further 24,110 years, there is, once again, half, and so forth. The effective half-life indicates the time after which the radioactivity of a radioactive substance in an organism is reduced by half. The radioactive decay and the excretion from the organism lead to the decrease. I have learnt that plutonium is a radioactive chemical element from the actinide and transuranic group. It is known as a whole range of mostly manmade unstable isotopes, being at least 15, whereby the longest-living - Plutonium 244 - has a half life of 82,600,000 years, and Plutonium 242 with a somewhat lesser longevity, has a half life of 376,300 years.

Ptaah That is in fact the case, and, in their ignorance, in their irresponsibility and in their arrogant claims, they contest absolutely all the named possibilities by means of which small and big catastrophes can be triggered if atomic reactors explode and atomically contaminate large areas for a very long time. That was the case in Chernobyl as you said, and so it will also be in Japan. And if all atomic power plants worldwide, with their atomic reactors, are not put out of operation and dismantled, then it is only a question of time before a big and worldwide atomic catastrophe breaks out over the Earth and the terrestrial humanity, which can then cost millions of human lives.

*Ptaah’s commentary on the Fukushima disaster

Billy … But if it is possible, then I still do have one or two questions?
Ptaah Naturally.
Billy It is because of the seaquake-tsunami catastrophe in Japan. Around 6:45 am, Central European Time, on Friday, the 11th of March, a massive earthquake, with a strength of 9.0 on the Richter Scale, occurred off the Japanese coast. The earthquake triggered an enormous tsunami which rolled across the coast of the main island of Honshu. The worst affected are three prefectures in the northeast of the country (Fukushima, Iwate, Miyagi) on a 600 kilometer coastline. In Fukushima, a nuclear power plant with six reactors has been seriously affected. In regard to that, it is said that a super worst-possible case-scenario is possible. But I think that this has already happened, and now an ultra super worst-possible-case-scenario threatens. And it is also the case that the emerging radiation and radioactive water from the reactors will not just pollute large parts of the district, rather perhaps entire tracts of land, and the sea, and that the emerging radioactive particles will also be driven by the wind around the world, thus also to Europe.
Ptaah Your assumption is right, that the so-called super worst-possible-case-scenario has already occurred, being that, very dangerous and extensive radiation is being emitted from reactor 3, in which the dangerous plutonium is exposed, and which not only spreads over wide regions, rather also spreads out into the sea and seriously contaminates the sea as well as fish and the other sea creatures, which has manifold deadly consequences. It is therefore a deliberate lie, from those in charge, that the disaster has not yet happened in the named form. And the occurrence of the now-threatening, ultra super worst-possible-case-scenario, as you call it, is only a question of time. The measures which are taken for the cooling of the reactors, and so forth, and which are meant to prevent everything, only correspond to useless acts of desperation. But also to bear in mind with this is that the water which is taken, in desperation, from the sea to use for cooling, on the other hand, involves great danger, because the seawater’s salt generates dangerous effects which impair the cooling process. And the radioactive particles, which are blown all over the place by the wind, actually spread around the Earth. We have already been able to detect, two days ago, on March 17th, 2011 - therefore last Thursday - such radioactive particles in the northern area of Europe as well as in Central Europe.
Billy And is Switzerland also affected by that?
Ptaah That is actually the case, whereby one can assume that the radioactive particles – which have emerged up to this point in low amounts – will manifest in increased quantity.
Billy That is to be feared. But that which interests me is: how great is the possibility – that is to say – is it even possible, to decontaminate areas contaminated with radioactivity, by destroying the radiation? I especially think about contamination with plutonium. The technically most important isotope, an emitter of alpha particles, is plutonium 239, with a half-life of 24,110 years. Plutonium is a silver-white, non-noble, heavy metal, which is primarily artificially produced in nuclear reactors – more precisely, breeder reactors. In nature, it occurs only in very small quantities in uranium ores, where it originates from natural uranium. As a consequence of its high alpha-particle-radiating activity and its propensity for accumulating in the bones of human beings and other living organisms, plutonium has the effect of making the entire body radioactive. It belongs to the most dangerous of known toxins. As a rule, the inhalation of plutonium dust evokes lung cancer, whereby, however, the effect of even a few micrograms can lead to fatal radiation poisoning. At least, those are the most important facts of which I am aware, aside from the half lives of two further plutonium isotopes. Of course, I am no nuclear physicist.
Ptaah That which you say is naturally correct. But, to your question, I can only explain that there is no possibility at all of eliminating ionising radiation. Therefore, we also know of no effective method in this regard. Only the half-life period can be taken into consideration, during which the radiation decreases by half.
Billy In 24,110 years, half the radioactive substance is present. After a further 24,110 years, there is, once again, half, and so forth. The effective half-life indicates the time after which the radioactivity of a radioactive substance in an organism is reduced by half. The radioactive decay and the excretion from the organism lead to the decrease. I have learnt that plutonium is a radioactive chemical element from the actinide and transuranic group. It is known as a whole range of mostly manmade unstable isotopes, being at least 15, whereby the longest-living - Plutonium 244 - has a half life of 82,600,000 years, and Plutonium 242 with a somewhat lesser longevity, has a half life of 376,300 years.

Thoughts and the Sentence

Thoughts about the Sentence: “I Always Remain Relaxed and Thereby Gain Might over Myself”
Some time ago, I studied in Billy’s book, ”Meditation aus klarer Sicht“ (free translation ”Meditation from Clear Visibility”, in German only), the 77 sentences in the chapter ”Meditative Grundlage zur positiven Bewusstseinshaltung” (Meditative Basis for a Positive Attitude of Consciousness), in order to jot down a few that would be quite appropriate for my short meditations. I read them through, point by point, and noted the ones most appropriate for me at the time – each on a small slip of paper. Even if my genes are still far from being inseminated with this valuable ability, the meaning of the sentences is in principle clear to me. Once I finished jotting them down and checked them over again, my thoughts got stuck at point 73. That sentence reads as follows:
73. Stets bleibe ich entspannt und gewinne dadurch Macht über mich selbst.
73. I always remain relaxed and thereby gain might over myself.
When first reading this, it is naturally clear what it means – at least we think so. But is that really true? All sentences deserve to be thought over intensively, but this one most certainly does. To begin with, every single one of the 77 sentences – or the ones you have chosen – should be adopted exactly as Billy recorded it (in German), in order for you to assimilate the code. This code takes effect, as soon as the sentences are read or heard. It affects everything in the human being that functions impulsively – therefore all cells and consequently the genes as well. All cells and in fact everything in the universe is built on impulses or impulsations (= something goes in and something develops). Once we have assimilated the sentences, as they are written in “Meditation aus klarer Sicht”, we of course must intensively think about what has been said and heard, since that is the only way for us to activate our thoughts and feelings, which in turn send out impulses or impulsations, which have an effect on our entire body and impulsively influence all genes, thus altering them accordingly. Whatever and however we think, feel and act determines impulsively the function of our genes – which is also passed on to our eventual offspring.
For the consciousness to benefit, it is therefore necessary to think about it, over and over again, because a single string of thought is definitely not enough. Depending on our evolutionary level, this is a life-long process of learning and changing.
Sentence no. 73 contains two parts – in principle even three, if we separate 'my' and 'self', which we do not want to do though – namely:
1st I always remain relaxed
2nd and thereby gain might over myself,
and nevertheless they still belong together, since the second part is the effective result of the first part.
Let’s take a look at both parts in somewhat greater detail.
First part reads: “I always remain relaxed”
That we should be relaxed, is instinctively clear to us, because all of us notice how the body aches and/or how thoughts and feelings are blocked, when we are not relaxed, but I began to wonder why we gain might over ourselves in this way. What exactly does that mean? Does it also mean that whenever we are not relaxed, but are tense, we have no might over ourselves? It must, right?
Sometimes, it is helpful to find synonyms for certain terms and note their possible effects on the body and mental-block or consciousness, thoughts, feelings and psyche (psyche = mental state of being), in order to get an even better picture. Let’s begin with the adjectives 'tense' and 'relaxed':

Perhaps you are now thinking that a few synonyms are a bit far-fetched, but it is always good to think everything through and to also choose words which sound less pleasant than 'strained'. To point out our weaknesses creates at best the motivation to want to weed them out and change them to the contrary. Create a mental picture of situations, in which you were tense and how this manifested itself. In doing this, it is also important to know, who effectively wielded the might over you – the situation or you.
Here are a few negative examples:
You are seething with anger for some reason or another. Through the anger, your thoughts and feelings are in a state of turmoil and are 'dancing' in a consciousness-form, which has more to do with vengeance, offensiveness and retaliation than with harmony, equanimity and love. Everything that comes out of your mouth or that you put down on paper in such a moment reflects your state. The anger has you under control. If you were to read or hear it later, shame would probably arise – or most certainly should.
Or you are in a hurry to get to work, however you cannot manage to do one thing after another in a composed manner, but rush about and even drop something while doing so, pack all your bits and pieces together – and off you go. Once you arrive at work, you notice that you have forgotten your entry-badge. Now you remember that the jacket you wore the day before had flashed across your mind, but you paid it no heed and even pressed yourself on to get away. The whole point is, your badge was namely in that jacket. An inspiration was about to arise to draw your attention to this, since your unconscious-forms continue to work, even if you are inattentive. In general, inspirations of the subconsciousness are not perceived consciously, even not in a rudimentary form. They get 'stuck' in the unconscious of the consciousness or the unconscious of the memory – or wherever the information is hidden – because we are constantly absorbed in thought with something (unnecessary). There are still dozens of examples that could be listed here, but I’ll leave that up to you and your own fantasy and powers of recollection.
In order to balance things out though, here are two positive examples:
You have to go to a meeting (conference) that you were unable to prepare for. Instead of becoming tense with anxiety, because you do not want to expose yourself, you go there and completely relaxed you listen to what the others have to say and ask. Because of your relaxed state, you have the situation fully under control and things occur to you that you otherwise would never have thought of. Due to your composure and relaxed nature, you were sensitive to non-physical fine-structured substance, which is absolutely necessary to perceive inspirations of the subconsciousness or values from the unconscious-forms in the consciousness – and it is also helpful when accessing the memory. You are certainly very familiar with this, because the strongest notions often come to mind while musing in the bathtub or while taking a leisurely stroll. Also 'forgotten' names occur to us again, when we let go and discontinue our active search for them. When I was about 10 years old, we had to be vaccinated against polio (infantile paralysis) in primary school. That meant getting a shot in the back. All the ones, who came before me, were terribly frightened and those who were already vaccinated were complaining about the pain. I thought if I make myself completely loose and think about something altogether different, I won’t feel a thing. And that’s exactly how it was.
We know instinctively that to be tense or under stress or in a rush has negative effects on us and for us and that because of this we cannot react the way we should or actually want to – which is namely with composure and in a creational sense for the respective situation. Only when we remain in the “calm centre” and are not constantly engaged in thought somewhere, are we balanced, open and perceptive.
The second part reads: “… and thereby gain might over myself (= me self)”
What does it actually mean to gain 'might over oneself'? What or who is the 'me' and what is the 'self'? What (factors) of the human being belongs to the self? What do we mean, when we say: “It was I myself (= me self)?” Is 'me' and self the same as the self or the Ego? Or is it the personality? Or is it both? Is it a good definition of yourself, when you draw up a curriculum vitae (CV), in which you write, what your name is, when and where you were born, what marital status you have, whether or not you have children, how good you were at work and what type of education and occupational experience you have and what extra-professional activities and sport activities you enjoy? I have searched in many books for the term, 'self', such as e.g. in John C. Eccles’ book, “How the Self Controls Its Brain”. The expression, 'self', can be found there loads of times, but he is unable to really say what is meant by this. It’s just the same with other scientists who dare to attempt a description of the human brain.
Before we consult the Spiritual Teaching for advice, I will tell you, in brief, what the lexicon has to say about the self. Since I personally do not own an English psychological lexicon, I will quote a passage from the Spiritual Teaching, namely from Spirit-Lesson no. 144, chapter, “Source of Dreams, Consciousness-Conscious/Subconsciousness-Unconscious/Subconscious-Forms”. Billy inserted a lexicon-definition there about the self. I won’t copy it all—it would be far too long—only the first few lines:
Self, a hypothetical construct used in modern psychology in different meanings; the self in this sense does not describe a psychological authority but is an expression of the fact, that the subject itself becomes conscious of itself and at the same time the object of itself, and hence it is also an expression for the continuity of the personality. The term is 1) a name for the system of the conscious and unconscious knowledge of a person about who he believes he is, with respect to the areas of his own body (body-self), or his own actions (action-self), relations (relation-self) and value systems (…) – 2) a name for the coordinated control of these knowledge-processes, also often called 'ego' (as by Sigmund FREUD), etc.
You notice here again, this is but 'beating around the bush' without really explaining anything. The self is obviously a hypothetical construct. Translated into normal language, this means: the self is a constructive idea used to help describe things or characteristics, which are not concretely observable, but merely inferable from what is observed.
The self is certainly not an organ, just as the "I"/Ego is not; instead, certain impulses/impulsations in a specific frequency range define the self and the "I"/Ego as well as the other consciousness-block-programs/-processes, otherwise it would be impossible for the overall-consciousness-block to build these in the death-life for the consciousness-block. Furthermore, organs are also 'only' made of impulses, simply in a more compact form.
In the book, “Wiedergeburt, Leben, Sterben, Tod und Trauer” (“Reincarnation, Life, Dying, Death and Mourning”, in German only, FIGU Wassermannzeit-Verlag, CH-8495 Schmidrüti), from page 146 to 148, under the title, “Beschaffenheit des Bewusstseins, der Persönlichkeit und des Ich resp. Ego” (“Structure of the Consciousness, the Personality and the 'I' or Ego”), – or in the corresponding Spirit-Lesson – there is a lengthier discourse from which I intend to quote only a few sentences. I recommend though that you read the entire chapter or – better yet – the entire book again. Billy writes there:
”The consciousness is equivalent to the personality in which the 'I' or Ego is equally imbedded. Consciousness and personality are one, whereby a splitting however is to be made in a way that the consciousness in itself and as the first part must be regarded as the factor that builds the block comprising the overall content, in which all idea-related, thought-related, psychic, emotional, spiritual- and feeling-related effects are lived through (= experienced)…
If a unity of consciousness is given, whose content is considered by the consciousness-carrier as its own property, it then being conscious of itself and according to its particular nature and its value becomes self-consciousness. ...
As the second part of the consciousness, the personality-factor comes into play, which emerges from the self-conscious-state of the consciousness. In other words, this term means the quality of being a person in the sense that the human being himself or herself is conscious, that he or she is precisely the one who he or she in fact is and who lived shortly before the present or in past times in this or that state, etc. and is now living into the future which he or she consciously formes according to his or her volition. …
The 'I' or Ego, which is imbedded in the personality and therefore also in the consciousness, means 'my-being-here' or 'my existence' or the 'I am'. …
The nature of the 'I' or Ego is to receive and assimilate the 'influences' that infiltrate it through the unconscious preceding it, which is also called the pre-conscious. …
The consciousness itself provides the 'I'/Ego with guidelines, whereby it is practically only an executor of the consciousness or a fulfiller of the consciousness. …
Effectively, the consciousness centre (= central processor of the consciousness) is the actual basis and cause of the 'I'/Ego-consciousness or the central 'I'/Ego, that’s why it is also called the 'higher-'I'/Ego' or the 'higher-self'.”
We cannot read this often enough in order to understand and grasp as far as we can what has been said. It is often forgotten that the consciousness is the pivotal factor of power for growth and evolution, even when the kick/impetus for this comes from the unconsciousness as an inspiration. The material consciousness, thoughts, feelings, psyche, "I"/Ego, personality, character, memory of the consciousness, subconsciousness and memory of the subconsciousness are indeed individual programmes/processes, but they are imbedded in the consciousness-block, which is why everything in principle is a unity and cannot really be separated from each other. Everything is methodically arranged in an interactive system – just like a computer with its operating system and the diverse programmes/processes and connected devices. For example, without the operating system Windows, the Microsoft Office products do not really function; they are interdependent. The operating system is the software of a computer which is what enables, operates, controls and monitors the work with the data processor in the first place through the definition of logical devices, data structures (files) and programmes/processes. So there must definitely be an operating system available, so the hardware can be used for any applications/programmes. It’s also that way in our brain and our body. The mental-block, which together with the consciousness harbours and nurtures our thoughts and feelings and thereby forms the psyche, has an influence on action (= become active, affect, operate, behave, etc.) as well as on the individuality-block, to which the Ego/'I', the personality, the character and the memory belong, while on the other hand all these factors are form-giving in turn to the actions, thoughts and feelings, and the psyche. And all of this naturally influences each and every cell of the body as well as the cells of the organs, and these eventually affect the psyche again. Everything rotates helically (in the form of a spiral); one thing gives rise to another and they continue to form each other reciprocally, and everything is made possible, directed, controlled and watched by the consciousness – and the cosmic-electromagnetic life-energy is the life-substance that animates the body via the spirit-form and the spirit-web. (A programme is comparable to a process, meaning a concrete series of single steps, which function according to specific rules. To become active, a process/programme needs a processor. The operating system manages – among many other functions – the execution of processes, and in the CPU [= Central Processing Unit; for the PC e.g. Pentium], the central processor of a computer, the processes are executed in multi-tasking mode. Destination of the human-consciousness-evolution is to harmonize the external and internal self with the human’s relatively highest possible level of the innermost, creative self (spirit-form).
Our individual evolutionary level is of course decisive, depending on whether or not our predecessor-personalities – and now we for the ones who come after us – recogniced their responsibility and evolutionised in consciousness as far as possible in a creational sense. If not, our inner self is not congeneric (like-natured) with the innermost self or in other words with the knowledge, love and wisdom impulses of Creation, which flow via our spirit-form into our subconsciousness and on into our consciousness, where we – upon seizing them after they have passed through the censor – continue to work with them in our thoughts and feelings and to direct our inner according to them – at best.
Everywhere, there is talk about self-realisation. It then – out of the blue – no longer seems to be a hypothetical construct. For the vast majority of humanity, this undoubtedly means having the right to think and behave as one pleases and without having to care for others or for the creational laws. A few examples of this include loud-hearing of disharmonic music, feet on the seat in the train and tram, consuming drugs, having wild parties, displaying anger, picking fights, obscene language, venting emotions like jealousy and hate, etc., and so on and so forth. In doing so, these human beings are even supported by a number of psychologists, since it apparently is supposed to be healthy to scream out the anger and rage. For these human beings, the only options are to scream it out or to swallow it. To pull themselves together, be equanimous and not get angry at all, is apparently not up for discussion. We know of course that the above-mentioned behavioural patterns at most have something to do with indecency and a lack of self-control, but there is no trace of self-realisation. If we want to find self-realization/self-fulfilment, we must first get to know ourselves and therefore practice self-knowledge. Prize question: Where, in your opinion, can self-knowledge be found?
Shortly after the beginning of the second part “…and thereby gain might over myself”, I mentioned a 'curriculum vitae'. I don’t know at this moment, whether you have ever wondered if what we have done or do in general also appropriately defines us, regardless of how elaborately we describe our achievements and favourite pastimes. This is certainly not the case. First of all, we never tell everything – especially not the bad things – and besides, it is only a description of our material-intellectual achievements and at best of our physical fitness. There are still so many unknown sides in us – which make themselves felt occasionally – that we are often taken by surprise. From the Teaching of Spirit, the Teaching of Life and the Teaching of Truth we know that the essence of all the relative knowledge and ability of our predecessor-personalities is stored in the memory of our subconsciousness. Do you think that to know this essence or at least to grasp an inkling of it would advance us in consciousness and contribute something to our self-knowledge – hence to the knowledge about ourselves and who we are? If that’s how you think, then you’re right. In the Spiritual Teaching, Spirit-Lesson no. 144, on page 1777, Billy writes the following:
“…The powers of the unconscious-forms are connected with the powers of the subconsciousness, and the subconsciousness releases its stored knowledge to the consciousness, which then through its own powers translates the received impulses, information, data, ideas, explanations and so forth and so on into action, life and activity. This also applies to self-knowledge, which is stored in the subconsciousness and is released to the consciousness, when the comprehensive block composed of the consciousness, subconsciousness and unconscious forms is fully functional. However, as long as the human being knows nothing of the content of his subconsciousness, he will continue to lack self-knowledge, because the requisite facts for this are only contained therein and must be released from there by the consciousness. If that does not happen, then no self-knowledge can arise and with it no self-realisation, albeit this very factor is among the fundamental needs for each and every human being. …
In truth this ‚mirror of the soul’ refers to the subconsciousness (= unconscious of the subconsciousness and the subconsciousness-forms in the memory of the subconsciousness; annotation) in which the subconscious contents of all senses, norms and value-definition are stored, as well as the values of the conscience, the facts of inclinations and feelings, of emotions, intentions, wishes, expectations and attitudes as well as of the individual characteristics and so on and so forth, which after all are the personality or the consciousness itself. When these factors are brought out consciously or unconsciously or through dreams, then they help to acquire a deeper self-knowledge and self-realisation in harmony with the real self. Here real self means that the human being is conscious/aware of himself or herself and his or her personality, particularly in all things pertaining to the individual (= mental-block, individuality-block and subconsciousness-block; annotation) and to all other values, through which the essential core or the inner original source of the person is expressed, hence the real nature of the personality in all of its hidden and open individualities, significances, characters, relations, forms and so forth.
The next step is therefore: “How do I use my subconsciousness to become better acquainted with myself and to evolutionise my inner self and feelings in a creational sense through conscious reflection and bring the external in line with the internal?” To achieve this, Billy’s Spiritual Teaching (e.g. in Spirit-Lesson no. 159) and the book “Meditation aus klarer Sicht” is the most comprehensive source of help. Meditation is absolutely essential. You now only have to build up the motivation and the volition to also carry it through. Because as Billy repeatedly says: “Vo nüüt chunt nüüt.” (From nothing comes nothing.)
When you now reread the sentence “I always remain relaxed and thereby gain might over myself”, it has a completely different meaning, doesn’t it? The self is something fully comprehensive. Not only the entire mental-block (material-consciousness, thoughts, feelings and psyche), the individuality-block (Ego/'I', personality, character and memory), the subconsciousness-block (material subconsciousness including the memory) and the respective unconscious-forms belong to it, but the self extends into our very cells. It is therefore not just a theoretical construct, but a 'human-being-energy-impulsation-power', set up by Creation.

I read them through, point by point, and noted the ones most appropriate for me at the time – each on a small slip of paper. Even if my genes are still far from being inseminated with this valuable ability, the meaning of the sentences is in principle clear to me. Once I finished jotting them down and checked them over again, my thoughts got stuck at point 73. That sentence reads as follows:
73. Stets bleibe ich entspannt und gewinne dadurch Macht über mich selbst.
73. I always remain relaxed and thereby gain might over myself.
When first reading this, it is naturally clear what it means – at least we think so. But is that really true? All sentences deserve to be thought over intensively, but this one most certainly does. To begin with, every single one of the 77 sentences – or the ones you have chosen – should be adopted exactly as Billy recorded it (in German), in order for you to assimilate the code. This code takes effect, as soon as the sentences are read or heard. It affects everything in the human being that functions impulsively – therefore all cells and consequently the genes as well. All cells and in fact everything in the universe is built on impulses or impulsations (= something goes in and something develops). Once we have assimilated the sentences, as they are written in “Meditation aus klarer Sicht”, we of course must intensively think about what has been said and heard, since that is the only way for us to activate our thoughts and feelings, which in turn send out impulses or impulsations, which have an effect on our entire body and impulsively influence all genes, thus altering them accordingly. Whatever and however we think, feel and act determines impulsively the function of our genes – which is also passed on to our eventual offspring.
For the consciousness to benefit, it is therefore necessary to think about it, over and over again, because a single string of thought is definitely not enough. Depending on our evolutionary level, this is a life-long process of learning and changing.
Sentence no. 73 contains two parts – in principle even three, if we separate 'my' and 'self', which we do not want to do though – namely:
1st I always remain relaxed
2nd and thereby gain might over myself,
and nevertheless they still belong together, since the second part is the effective result of the first part.
Let’s take a look at both parts in somewhat greater detail.
First part reads: “I always remain relaxed”
That we should be relaxed, is instinctively clear to us, because all of us notice how the body aches and/or how thoughts and feelings are blocked, when we are not relaxed, but I began to wonder why we gain might over ourselves in this way. What exactly does that mean? Does it also mean that whenever we are not relaxed, but are tense, we have no might over ourselves? It must, right?
Sometimes, it is helpful to find synonyms for certain terms and note their possible effects on the body and mental-block or consciousness, thoughts, feelings and psyche (psyche = mental state of being), in order to get an even better picture. Let’s begin with the adjectives 'tense' and 'relaxed':

Perhaps you are now thinking that a few synonyms are a bit far-fetched, but it is always good to think everything through and to also choose words which sound less pleasant than 'strained'. To point out our weaknesses creates at best the motivation to want to weed them out and change them to the contrary. Create a mental picture of situations, in which you were tense and how this manifested itself. In doing this, it is also important to know, who effectively wielded the might over you – the situation or you.
Here are a few negative examples:
You are seething with anger for some reason or another. Through the anger, your thoughts and feelings are in a state of turmoil and are 'dancing' in a consciousness-form, which has more to do with vengeance, offensiveness and retaliation than with harmony, equanimity and love. Everything that comes out of your mouth or that you put down on paper in such a moment reflects your state. The anger has you under control. If you were to read or hear it later, shame would probably arise – or most certainly should.
Or you are in a hurry to get to work, however you cannot manage to do one thing after another in a composed manner, but rush about and even drop something while doing so, pack all your bits and pieces together – and off you go. Once you arrive at work, you notice that you have forgotten your entry-badge. Now you remember that the jacket you wore the day before had flashed across your mind, but you paid it no heed and even pressed yourself on to get away. The whole point is, your badge was namely in that jacket. An inspiration was about to arise to draw your attention to this, since your unconscious-forms continue to work, even if you are inattentive. In general, inspirations of the subconsciousness are not perceived consciously, even not in a rudimentary form. They get 'stuck' in the unconscious of the consciousness or the unconscious of the memory – or wherever the information is hidden – because we are constantly absorbed in thought with something (unnecessary). There are still dozens of examples that could be listed here, but I’ll leave that up to you and your own fantasy and powers of recollection.
In order to balance things out though, here are two positive examples:
You have to go to a meeting (conference) that you were unable to prepare for. Instead of becoming tense with anxiety, because you do not want to expose yourself, you go there and completely relaxed you listen to what the others have to say and ask. Because of your relaxed state, you have the situation fully under control and things occur to you that you otherwise would never have thought of. Due to your composure and relaxed nature, you were sensitive to non-physical fine-structured substance, which is absolutely necessary to perceive inspirations of the subconsciousness or values from the unconscious-forms in the consciousness – and it is also helpful when accessing the memory. You are certainly very familiar with this, because the strongest notions often come to mind while musing in the bathtub or while taking a leisurely stroll. Also 'forgotten' names occur to us again, when we let go and discontinue our active search for them. When I was about 10 years old, we had to be vaccinated against polio (infantile paralysis) in primary school. That meant getting a shot in the back. All the ones, who came before me, were terribly frightened and those who were already vaccinated were complaining about the pain. I thought if I make myself completely loose and think about something altogether different, I won’t feel a thing. And that’s exactly how it was.
We know instinctively that to be tense or under stress or in a rush has negative effects on us and for us and that because of this we cannot react the way we should or actually want to – which is namely with composure and in a creational sense for the respective situation. Only when we remain in the “calm centre” and are not constantly engaged in thought somewhere, are we balanced, open and perceptive.
The second part reads: “… and thereby gain might over myself (= me self)”
What does it actually mean to gain 'might over oneself'? What or who is the 'me' and what is the 'self'? What (factors) of the human being belongs to the self? What do we mean, when we say: “It was I myself (= me self)?” Is 'me' and self the same as the self or the Ego? Or is it the personality? Or is it both? Is it a good definition of yourself, when you draw up a curriculum vitae (CV), in which you write, what your name is, when and where you were born, what marital status you have, whether or not you have children, how good you were at work and what type of education and occupational experience you have and what extra-professional activities and sport activities you enjoy? I have searched in many books for the term, 'self', such as e.g. in John C. Eccles’ book, “How the Self Controls Its Brain”. The expression, 'self', can be found there loads of times, but he is unable to really say what is meant by this. It’s just the same with other scientists who dare to attempt a description of the human brain.
Before we consult the Spiritual Teaching for advice, I will tell you, in brief, what the lexicon has to say about the self. Since I personally do not own an English psychological lexicon, I will quote a passage from the Spiritual Teaching, namely from Spirit-Lesson no. 144, chapter, “Source of Dreams, Consciousness-Conscious/Subconsciousness-Unconscious/Subconscious-Forms”. Billy inserted a lexicon-definition there about the self. I won’t copy it all—it would be far too long—only the first few lines:
Self, a hypothetical construct used in modern psychology in different meanings; the self in this sense does not describe a psychological authority but is an expression of the fact, that the subject itself becomes conscious of itself and at the same time the object of itself, and hence it is also an expression for the continuity of the personality. The term is 1) a name for the system of the conscious and unconscious knowledge of a person about who he believes he is, with respect to the areas of his own body (body-self), or his own actions (action-self), relations (relation-self) and value systems (…) – 2) a name for the coordinated control of these knowledge-processes, also often called 'ego' (as by Sigmund FREUD), etc.
You notice here again, this is but 'beating around the bush' without really explaining anything. The self is obviously a hypothetical construct. Translated into normal language, this means: the self is a constructive idea used to help describe things or characteristics, which are not concretely observable, but merely inferable from what is observed.
The self is certainly not an organ, just as the "I"/Ego is not; instead, certain impulses/impulsations in a specific frequency range define the self and the "I"/Ego as well as the other consciousness-block-programs/-processes, otherwise it would be impossible for the overall-consciousness-block to build these in the death-life for the consciousness-block. Furthermore, organs are also 'only' made of impulses, simply in a more compact form.
In the book, “Wiedergeburt, Leben, Sterben, Tod und Trauer” (“Reincarnation, Life, Dying, Death and Mourning”, in German only, FIGU Wassermannzeit-Verlag, CH-8495 Schmidrüti), from page 146 to 148, under the title, “Beschaffenheit des Bewusstseins, der Persönlichkeit und des Ich resp. Ego” (“Structure of the Consciousness, the Personality and the 'I' or Ego”), – or in the corresponding Spirit-Lesson – there is a lengthier discourse from which I intend to quote only a few sentences. I recommend though that you read the entire chapter or – better yet – the entire book again. Billy writes there:
”The consciousness is equivalent to the personality in which the 'I' or Ego is equally imbedded. Consciousness and personality are one, whereby a splitting however is to be made in a way that the consciousness in itself and as the first part must be regarded as the factor that builds the block comprising the overall content, in which all idea-related, thought-related, psychic, emotional, spiritual- and feeling-related effects are lived through (= experienced)…
If a unity of consciousness is given, whose content is considered by the consciousness-carrier as its own property, it then being conscious of itself and according to its particular nature and its value becomes self-consciousness. ...
As the second part of the consciousness, the personality-factor comes into play, which emerges from the self-conscious-state of the consciousness. In other words, this term means the quality of being a person in the sense that the human being himself or herself is conscious, that he or she is precisely the one who he or she in fact is and who lived shortly before the present or in past times in this or that state, etc. and is now living into the future which he or she consciously formes according to his or her volition. …
The 'I' or Ego, which is imbedded in the personality and therefore also in the consciousness, means 'my-being-here' or 'my existence' or the 'I am'. …
The nature of the 'I' or Ego is to receive and assimilate the 'influences' that infiltrate it through the unconscious preceding it, which is also called the pre-conscious. …
The consciousness itself provides the 'I'/Ego with guidelines, whereby it is practically only an executor of the consciousness or a fulfiller of the consciousness. …
Effectively, the consciousness centre (= central processor of the consciousness) is the actual basis and cause of the 'I'/Ego-consciousness or the central 'I'/Ego, that’s why it is also called the 'higher-'I'/Ego' or the 'higher-self'.”
We cannot read this often enough in order to understand and grasp as far as we can what has been said. It is often forgotten that the consciousness is the pivotal factor of power for growth and evolution, even when the kick/impetus for this comes from the unconsciousness as an inspiration. The material consciousness, thoughts, feelings, psyche, "I"/Ego, personality, character, memory of the consciousness, subconsciousness and memory of the subconsciousness are indeed individual programmes/processes, but they are imbedded in the consciousness-block, which is why everything in principle is a unity and cannot really be separated from each other. Everything is methodically arranged in an interactive system – just like a computer with its operating system and the diverse programmes/processes and connected devices. For example, without the operating system Windows, the Microsoft Office products do not really function; they are interdependent. The operating system is the software of a computer which is what enables, operates, controls and monitors the work with the data processor in the first place through the definition of logical devices, data structures (files) and programmes/processes. So there must definitely be an operating system available, so the hardware can be used for any applications/programmes. It’s also that way in our brain and our body. The mental-block, which together with the consciousness harbours and nurtures our thoughts and feelings and thereby forms the psyche, has an influence on action (= become active, affect, operate, behave, etc.) as well as on the individuality-block, to which the Ego/'I', the personality, the character and the memory belong, while on the other hand all these factors are form-giving in turn to the actions, thoughts and feelings, and the psyche. And all of this naturally influences each and every cell of the body as well as the cells of the organs, and these eventually affect the psyche again. Everything rotates helically (in the form of a spiral); one thing gives rise to another and they continue to form each other reciprocally, and everything is made possible, directed, controlled and watched by the consciousness – and the cosmic-electromagnetic life-energy is the life-substance that animates the body via the spirit-form and the spirit-web. (A programme is comparable to a process, meaning a concrete series of single steps, which function according to specific rules. To become active, a process/programme needs a processor. The operating system manages – among many other functions – the execution of processes, and in the CPU [= Central Processing Unit; for the PC e.g. Pentium], the central processor of a computer, the processes are executed in multi-tasking mode. Destination of the human-consciousness-evolution is to harmonize the external and internal self with the human’s relatively highest possible level of the innermost, creative self (spirit-form).
Our individual evolutionary level is of course decisive, depending on whether or not our predecessor-personalities – and now we for the ones who come after us – recogniced their responsibility and evolutionised in consciousness as far as possible in a creational sense. If not, our inner self is not congeneric (like-natured) with the innermost self or in other words with the knowledge, love and wisdom impulses of Creation, which flow via our spirit-form into our subconsciousness and on into our consciousness, where we – upon seizing them after they have passed through the censor – continue to work with them in our thoughts and feelings and to direct our inner according to them – at best.
Everywhere, there is talk about self-realisation. It then – out of the blue – no longer seems to be a hypothetical construct. For the vast majority of humanity, this undoubtedly means having the right to think and behave as one pleases and without having to care for others or for the creational laws. A few examples of this include loud-hearing of disharmonic music, feet on the seat in the train and tram, consuming drugs, having wild parties, displaying anger, picking fights, obscene language, venting emotions like jealousy and hate, etc., and so on and so forth. In doing so, these human beings are even supported by a number of psychologists, since it apparently is supposed to be healthy to scream out the anger and rage. For these human beings, the only options are to scream it out or to swallow it. To pull themselves together, be equanimous and not get angry at all, is apparently not up for discussion. We know of course that the above-mentioned behavioural patterns at most have something to do with indecency and a lack of self-control, but there is no trace of self-realisation. If we want to find self-realization/self-fulfilment, we must first get to know ourselves and therefore practice self-knowledge. Prize question: Where, in your opinion, can self-knowledge be found?
Shortly after the beginning of the second part “…and thereby gain might over myself”, I mentioned a 'curriculum vitae'. I don’t know at this moment, whether you have ever wondered if what we have done or do in general also appropriately defines us, regardless of how elaborately we describe our achievements and favourite pastimes. This is certainly not the case. First of all, we never tell everything – especially not the bad things – and besides, it is only a description of our material-intellectual achievements and at best of our physical fitness. There are still so many unknown sides in us – which make themselves felt occasionally – that we are often taken by surprise. From the Teaching of Spirit, the Teaching of Life and the Teaching of Truth we know that the essence of all the relative knowledge and ability of our predecessor-personalities is stored in the memory of our subconsciousness. Do you think that to know this essence or at least to grasp an inkling of it would advance us in consciousness and contribute something to our self-knowledge – hence to the knowledge about ourselves and who we are? If that’s how you think, then you’re right. In the Spiritual Teaching, Spirit-Lesson no. 144, on page 1777, Billy writes the following:
“…The powers of the unconscious-forms are connected with the powers of the subconsciousness, and the subconsciousness releases its stored knowledge to the consciousness, which then through its own powers translates the received impulses, information, data, ideas, explanations and so forth and so on into action, life and activity. This also applies to self-knowledge, which is stored in the subconsciousness and is released to the consciousness, when the comprehensive block composed of the consciousness, subconsciousness and unconscious forms is fully functional. However, as long as the human being knows nothing of the content of his subconsciousness, he will continue to lack self-knowledge, because the requisite facts for this are only contained therein and must be released from there by the consciousness. If that does not happen, then no self-knowledge can arise and with it no self-realisation, albeit this very factor is among the fundamental needs for each and every human being. …
In truth this ‚mirror of the soul’ refers to the subconsciousness (= unconscious of the subconsciousness and the subconsciousness-forms in the memory of the subconsciousness; annotation) in which the subconscious contents of all senses, norms and value-definition are stored, as well as the values of the conscience, the facts of inclinations and feelings, of emotions, intentions, wishes, expectations and attitudes as well as of the individual characteristics and so on and so forth, which after all are the personality or the consciousness itself. When these factors are brought out consciously or unconsciously or through dreams, then they help to acquire a deeper self-knowledge and self-realisation in harmony with the real self. Here real self means that the human being is conscious/aware of himself or herself and his or her personality, particularly in all things pertaining to the individual (= mental-block, individuality-block and subconsciousness-block; annotation) and to all other values, through which the essential core or the inner original source of the person is expressed, hence the real nature of the personality in all of its hidden and open individualities, significances, characters, relations, forms and so forth.
The next step is therefore: “How do I use my subconsciousness to become better acquainted with myself and to evolutionise my inner self and feelings in a creational sense through conscious reflection and bring the external in line with the internal?” To achieve this, Billy’s Spiritual Teaching (e.g. in Spirit-Lesson no. 159) and the book “Meditation aus klarer Sicht” is the most comprehensive source of help. Meditation is absolutely essential. You now only have to build up the motivation and the volition to also carry it through. Because as Billy repeatedly says: “Vo nüüt chunt nüüt.” (From nothing comes nothing.)
When you now reread the sentence “I always remain relaxed and thereby gain might over myself”, it has a completely different meaning, doesn’t it? The self is something fully comprehensive. Not only the entire mental-block (material-consciousness, thoughts, feelings and psyche), the individuality-block (Ego/'I', personality, character and memory), the subconsciousness-block (material subconsciousness including the memory) and the respective unconscious-forms belong to it, but the self extends into our very cells. It is therefore not just a theoretical construct, but a 'human-being-energy-impulsation-power', set up by Creation.
