Extract of a private conversation of July 17th, 1975 (31st contact):
Your question concerns the Cumbre Vieja Volcano on the Island of La Palma.
The western part of the volcano, the west flank, as you correctly say, is extremely unstable and can slip into the Atlantic in the coming time and cause an enormous tsunami.
But the east side of the volcano is also at risk, especially if a strong volcanic eruption occurs, as is also the case with the western flank.
The reason for that lies in the fact that the volcanic mountain is internally very porous and so saturated with water that, with a strong eruption, the water can suddenly vaporise and rip the volcano apart due to a steam explosion.
I do not want to talk of a certain time in relation to when that can happen or will happen, as it does not lie in my authority to name dates about that, because this belongs in the domain of terrestrial scientists and governments who, in regard to necessary measures, have to make determinations which I am not permitted to influence.
Besides, the entire thing can be prevented if the correct measures are taken which consist of a systematic, "quiet" dismantling of the part of the volcano, which is at risk.
And if it is not dealt with in this manner then a catastrophe is unavoidable if it does not naturally occur that, by and by, only a small part of the side of the volcano, which is at risk slips away.
That will certainly happen again and again in the coming time, but to what extent the danger is thereby lessened is questionable.
But the fact of the matter now is that an enormous part of the west flank of the Cumbre Vieja Volcano can slip, plunge into the sea and, within a few minutes, cause a gigantic wave of water, respectively, a giant tsunami, which can reach a height of up to 1,500 or even up to 2,500 meters or even more, and indeed according to the mass and speed of the falling material as it slips from the flank of the volcano.
As a result of this - if it really happens, which is not yet established - the surrounding Canary Islands would be flooded with 50 to 150 meter high waves and everything there would be destroyed, after which the gigantic waves would also reach Africa.
If it really happens in the aforementioned manner then the giant wave would spread out across the Atlantic in a semi-circular form and indeed in several waves of various sizes and would speed through the ocean at 1,000 kilometres an hour, to - after around eight hours - reach the coast of the USA where it would cause the water of the Atlantic to rise up to a height of 100 meters and more, depending on the shape of the coastline in each place, and bury everything on the solid land under itself.
The effects of the giant tsunami would also destroy the coasts and much in the interior of South America.
England would also be effected by it as also would Greenland and the coastal areas of all of Western Europe.
This is the worst case scenario, if the entirety of the western flank of the volcano slipped all at once and plunged into the sea.
If, however, only small parts of the side of the mountain loosen and plunge into the sea, the results would naturally be correspondingly lessened.

What the human seeks
If the human has a strong will within himself and really endeavors to bestow purity on his thoughts and feelings in his search for what is higher, then he very first and foremost must look after himself, practice in self-knowledge and change in all things that control him. So, he has not found, with the will and efforts, the path to his highest goal for a long time yet, whereby everything that he wishes in his evolution is given to him. Therefore, he must continue to steadily endeavor that everything that being a true human requires is given to him. For this neither false prophets, saviors, gurus, masters, enlightened ones and lofty ones, esoteric ones, preachers, priests and parochial powers nor "spiritual scientists", etc., are needed but rather only one's own consciousness-related effort through thoughts and feelings in a seeking, searching and discerning way as well as one's own change for the better. And if the human acts in this way, then he frees himself from the pressure of all pathological brooding and from the search for the truth in false prophets, saviors and other swindlers, liars and deceivers. Creation's Love

LOVE Teaching letter No. 27, page 296.
No life is able to exist without love and without the light of truth. However, no light is able to exist without love and truth, and no truth is able to exist without light and love. True love, is true BEING, and it is the everlasting warmth from the centre of Creation, which is described as true existence. Love is the highest principle of Creation, and through it, everything exists in absolute logic.
The love of Creation is everywhere, because without it nothing at all would be able to exist. The individual should therefore be aware that he exists only through the love of Creation and that he carries this love also within himself. Creation created everything in love and logic and put the same love in all its creatures, so that life itself is love. Even if living in this world often seems to consist only of conflict and drudgery, this fact does not change.
Life has become primarily a heavy and tough battle only because people have turned away from Creation and have lost the knowledge of its existence. In undiminished size however, Creation lets its love become apparent nevertheless, through its creations. The person must only be willing to see and recognize this love, and he will begin to feel it. If he opens to the love of Creation and he allows it to flow into himself, he becomes filled with respectful gratitude and great joy.
Each smallest plant, each ever so tiny animal was created in love by Creation, each creation existing according to the same law of love. All life is in the absolute perfection that which it should be through the love of Creation, and except for humans, every life form lives exactly by this Creation’s plan. Only humans have turned away from love and must now learn again what true love is. The infinite love of Creation connects all life, because in all life this love lies hidden.
All of nature in its indescribable splendor is nothing but the love of Creation, which is expressed visibly. Its laws are so wonderfully arranged, that people everywhere come up against its radiating love. If he however, closes his senses, he may not feel it (empfinden), and hence he declares that there is no love in this world. But Creation has formed and arranged everything so wonderfully, so that people can recognize the majestic love of Creation at every moment and in every place.
Of course one cannot easily go there, to contemplate nature and to feel (empfinden) the love of Creation and also one’s own love, especially not when for many years one has felt differently. The way to sense (erfühlen) the love of Creation is primarily through thinking, because thinking influences feeling (Fühlen). If for example, one stands before a tree, one should become fully aware that this tree is the product of Creative love, just as the forces of nature, which enable it to grow and to flourish. This action may seem to be somewhat ridiculous or maybe even embarrassing at the beginning, because it is most unusual and, besides, the appropriate feelings (Gefühle) are still missing.
The longer, the more these thoughts effect loving feelings (Gefühle) and spiritual-fine-sensitive feelings Empfindungen and these in turn will make the bond with all life a certainty, that a simple blade of grass, a bird, a shrub or some other living creature is driven by the same love, to fulfill its purpose in Creation’s plan, as humans should also do as the highest life form on the planet since a long time ago. The human carries a fragment of Creation within, and therefore, the love of Creation within him is that power which he is able to evoke in himself. The more respectfully the love of Creation in all life is perceived and is felt (empfunden), the stronger it also becomes in the person. Then suddenly love is no longer such an insincere and longingly hoped for experience, but the real spiritual-fine-sensitive feeling (Empfindung) of one’s own mental effort.
So fine, thus satisfying and energizing it permeates the whole person, and once extensively making progress, the person will take it on willingly to work on himself, namely to maintain this love, to extend and nurture it. For himself, but also for Creation. The love is not unfathomably deep, it is immense power which never slept, active since ancient times, and immeasurably abundant and logic-laden. Love flourishes splendidly in all beings, in animals and flowers in the fields, in humans, in words and also in singing, and forever it will permeate the world. Love will continuously be the purpose of existence and all-timely it is given in logic.

Where do we come from?

According to the FIGU booklet Attacking questions from Japan... and Contact Reports 9, 236 and 251, the Earth has immigrants from several other star systems, including:
Lyra star system
Nisan star system
Plejares star system
Sirius star system
Vega star system
But also according to Contact Report 251 there are also immigrants from other planets within our own star system, namely Mars and Malona (which is now the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter).
The human lifeform also developed indigenously on this planet and mixed with the immigrants or extraterrestrials.
However, Contact Report 251 also states that the Sirius star system was colonised by humans from the Lyra, Plejares and Vega star systems who were themselves colonised by humans from the Waron star system of the Lyren galaxy which was 3,816,000,000 light years distant from the Sol star system. Therefore we can really consider our civilisation as being a mixture of indigenous Earth human races and human races that developed in the Waron star system.
The information regarding the earliest forms of human life that developed in the Lyren galaxy is currently not available, but when considering the entire universe around 39,000,000,000,000 years ago was when the first hominid lifeforms formed from which developed the recognisable human form.
Of course this is only referring to our physical or material life-form and includes no information regarding the human spirit. For that you are advised to read The Spiritual Teachings.

Man has made everything subservient to him through his intellect and reasoning, and by arranging and manipulating everything around him. His ambitions thrive only on this subordination. Appearance has become far more important to him than the truth of Being. He lost the eternal truth of the spirit and Creation in its basic elements, and has clung since earliest times to unrealistic doctrines of cults. Due to his self-delusion, he valued enslaving and false doctrines far more than all the laws and commandments in their truth and wisdom. Because of his extremely poor, confused, cult-religious philosophy of life, man believed that by rejecting the true Creative laws and commandments, and by creating orders based on human laws, he could reform mankind in accordance with these unrealistic cults or lead it to a better future of improved living potential. Having lost the knowledge of Creation's essence in man, he wanted to force other human beings into living, using materialistic means and false religious doctrines. That is why he has enchanted the masses of terrestrial mankind with false promises, false ideals, and idols associated with false doctrines of cults. Within a short time this path led to enslavement, consciousness' constraint, exploitation, hatred, greed, and vice of the gravest extent. Wherever a remnant of trust has remained, man soon transformed it rapidly and incessantly into vicious distrust and deadly hatred. The Earthling has gradually removed himself ever more from a true life, from the spiritual intent that originated in Creation. Man has lost his knowledge of the most ancient truth and wisdom, namely, that he is the criterion for all Creative things, in creation of Creation's own perfection within itself. Unfortunately, earth humans have generally assigned top ranks or top status to political, economic, scientific, military, material and financial values. These, however, are non-values that bring tremendous damage through which the well-being in physical and psychological aspects is impaired, as well as the consciousness-related development of the individual and even of the whole of mankind. As a result, the true sages and philosophers have vanished, making room for the “wanna-be’s” with respect to wisdom and philosophy who frequently inundate the world and its mankind with horrendous nonsense that has nothing to do with reality, correctness and conformity to laws of the spiritual energies and Creation. All of these non-values must be removed in order to place the true sages back in their proper place in society. The opportunity must be provided for these few who are presently on Earth, to emerge from their hidden solitude so that they can instruct the people. In so doing, however, all those must be pushed into the background who spread unreasonable sectarian teachings and principles, through which earth humans have been pushed away from the real truth and have been misled.
