Are UFOs real?

"Are some flying objects observed within Earth's atmosphere controlled by intelligent beings from other worlds?" According to Meier and the Plejaren, UFO's are mostly natural phenomena such as planets, comets, stars even harmless space-dwelling creatures; they can also be man-made objects such as satellites, space junk and the ISS; finally, they are indeed also terrestrial and extraterrestrial craft. This does not include those sightings that are delusions, illusions, imaginations or lies.

Earth does receive visitors from other worlds who are here on exploration and observation missions or even to collect grains, fruit and vegetation to take back to their homeworlds. Akart is one world from which we receive visitors who collect such items and also happens to be massively overpopulated (it was at 23 billion back in 1975). None have open face-to-face or telepathic contact with Earth humans as far as the Plejaren know (and they have some amazing technology) but relatively few humans are occasionally harmlessly examined for scientific purposes with their memories of the event erased. The Plejaren do send telepathic impulses to thousands of Earth humans without their knowledge to give them ideas of a nature that will result in positive actions such as beneficial political decisions, useful inventions and even movies that open our minds to new concepts.

There are no alien-human hybrid programmes and have never been any if you discount ancient times and of course, Jmmanuel. There are no malicious abductions or mutilations of humans or fauna. ET did not land in the 1950s and sign a deal with the Eisenhower administration. But Roswell did occur and was manned by androids.

The terrestrial craft are either known types of aircraft or top secret military craft originating from multiple countries of Earth. You can be confident to logically include the USA and Russia as two of those countries with this type of technology.

Finally, there is a need to say that there are or were three ET groups who have been observing us for some time now and which the Plejaren have been unable to communicate with for reasons relating to the energy-absorbancy of the hulls or shielding of these craft. They are a benign race according to their actions thus far.

Here are the 12 recommendations from the Petale level as transmitted to Billy on the 16th of October 1975 from the book Decalog.

Recommendations for the personal benefit of human beings.

To observe these recommendations guarantees to the human being that he may rapidly progress on the path of his evolution.

Additionally, human beings who observe these recommendations are a good example to their fellowmen.

1.You shall have no other powers and no gods, idols and saints next to Creation.
2.You shall keep holy the name of Creation and not abuse this name.
3.You shall make every day into a day of celebration and hallow it (control it).
4.You shall not break your bond with Creation, including this: You shall not commit adultery.
5.Honour Creation just as you honour, respect and love your father and mother.
6.You shall not kill in depravity.
7.You shall not rob and expropriate.
8.You shall not bear false witness against the truth, Creation and life.

If one ponders these "principal recommendations" which were transmitted to the people on Earth by the Petale spirit level, one inevitably will come to the realisation that an immeasurable amount of precious thoughts and ideas are hidden behind these recommendations, which in the daily routine can show one the path to a life that is righteous and responsible. Alone the sixth recommendation is so very profound and far-reaching-from the eradication of floral and faunal species to the psychic and consciousness-related "murder" of fellow-men-that there is no room in these short explanations to deal with everything in detail.

It is important to know the following: So-called "Creative recommendations" do exist if they are, or have been, derived from "Creative laws" or "laws of Creation", respectively. Basically, recommendations result from all laws, no matter from where the latter originate. These Creative laws and recommendations, which can be called "the laws and recommendations of life", serve for the purpose of enabling, preserving and supporting life. To observe these Creative recommendations is the duty of every knowledgeable and responsible human being, because in this way alone, peace and harmony may be achieved and secured in the long term among all people and with the whole of nature.

If one is confronted by the UFO case of Billy , regularly one hears the following: "Did you experience the same as Billy? If not you are forced to 'believe' what he is saying." To go more into detail lets try to focus on "Believing" and "Belief". In the dictionary and on Wikipedia the following is stated:

"Belief is the psychological state in which an individual holds a proposition or premise to be true.[1] The concept of belief presumes a subject (the believer) and an object of belief (the proposition)." To believe thus means to hold a "proposition" or a "premise" to be true and to be thus reality. If we look at the "premise" we see that it is then based upon a "basic claim" which accepts or rejects other claims. Does this not sound familiar, if we look at the fights which happen between the different religions? It is not so much about the reality, but more about what had been said hundreds or thousands of years ago. Also in daily life, a simple claim can lead very fast to "belief". For example it would be easy to create a new sect based on any kind of claim. For example if someone claims: "I am enlightened and had contacts with light beings." This claim would be enough to become a premise for other claims, which would lead inevitably to a construct of surreal and unreal new claims and thoughts, which would become a belief to fellow human beings with the time, who are susceptible to this, or searching for the truth/reality, and cannot find the initial premise back anymore, which was based upon illusion or other negative factors.

However "belief" has the most often a bigger subjective note then an objective one and thus withdraws and alienates itself more and more from the truth/reality, because the own views fuelled by own experiences and other factors like egoism, "I am right"-ism etc., tend to overwrite and superimpose reality, instead of developing itself around it. There is a big discrepency between "knowledge" and "belief" which is stated in Wikipedia as the following: "In a notion derived from Plato's dialogue Theaetetus, philosophy has traditionally defined knowledge as "justified true belief". The relationship between belief and knowledge is that a belief is knowledge if the belief is true, and if the believer has a justification (reasonable and necessarily plausible assertions/evidence/guidance) for believing it is true." Those of you who are aquainted to science, or who are even scientists like me, see that... right? Here we are approaching the philosophical theorems of a "Thesis". First a scientist has to postulate a thesis or a theory and then he has to verify it through experiments if it is true or not, or in other words, if it corresponds to the truth or reality or not and has finally to be rejected, or accepted as reality.

It was this approach which enabled me and convinced me of the authenticity of the "Meier case". I never saw the metal alloys, nor did I ever see a real Plejaren person. However, based on the information in the contact reports, the persons I met in Schmidrüti and its surroundings convinced me of it's reality. Also, I had the pleasure of meeting Billy personally and I could not see anything suspicious or strange with him. During my travels around the world, I already saw many different persons - good ones and bad ones - and can recall some experiences concerning fraud and treason etc. This was however not the case with Billy.

If we only take the contact reports, we can see that there is enormous information inside about biology, chemistry, physics, geology, climatology, ecology in general and medicine, that only persons or even only scientists of these fields know and which were and still are not accessible to the majority of human beings. Here we are talking about things that were defined as theories first and then verified to be true by scientists. However, to proof oneself the truth of the contact notes, one needs to investigate a few and have the will to get to the bottom of them. It is as if the Plejaren would encourage us all to become scientists, like when we were kids.[2] This compassion (or enthusiasm), to really know and understand things become lost with age for many of us, as we are too caught up in our daily duties and routine. With this comes the fact that many of us are overburdened with worries and constraints. As it was already discussed above that a thesis can be rejected, here also the plausible deniability comes into play, which has been smartly explained by the Plejaren. This plausible deniability and rejection of the case as truth/reality is most often done when not all pieces of the puzzle are put together and thus the "Thesis" of its reality can be denied and rejected. In my opinion this idea is brilliant, as it really only permits those, who are really interested in the case and who have thought many thoughts about it and connected the dots, to recognize it's truth/reality. It is also brilliant because it is based on the own will and own tenacity of every person, to look into the material. It is the complete opposite of missionizing where persons come up to one and say: "You have to believe it, my religion is the true religion." or: "You are false, you are wrong, my opinion and my religion is the correct one, that is why you have also to rally to this belief". This plausible deniability has the simple function of motivating persons to think harder and to go more and more into detail.

This is not the only thing. Billy's books are also full of knowledge concerning the inner self of human beings, how it works and how to best use these tools to lead a good and harmonious life. To me also his books showed to be true and hold lots of interesting thoughts and advices. An advice is no dictatorial rule which must be fulfilled. An advice, is a recommendation to someone based on one's own experience, common sense and thoughts. It is up to the receiver of the advice to decide if she/he wants to accept or decline the recommendation. It is up to everyone to try it out and verify it's truthfulness and the reality of the immaterial world. If I could give any advice to someone, I would give them advice to become a scientist again.

A Word to Mankind

An article from "Stimme der Wassermannzeit Nr.107".

1.As never before in the long history of Earth and its people, wars and crimes, as well as manifold brutalities prevail, which constantly increase in step with the overpopulation.
2.The old venerable relationships between planet and man have changed drastically for the worse, especially since the middle of the nineteenth century and the trend is continuing noticeably.
3.Not only has mankind sunk into an abyss of boundless depravity, but it has also brought this decay to the planet and the entire animal world and nature as a whole.
4.All governments and those responsible and the majority of the population have become the keepers of evil.
5.While they talk of peace and better quality of life as well as of better interpersonal relationships, aid for the hungry, environmental protection and many other good things, the governments and responsible people secretly re-arm and prepare deadly weapons in order to destroy entire nations.
6.But the majority of the population is also busy increasing the decay, and as a consequence, hate, discontent, wastefulness, vices, addictions, murder and manslaughter, etc. will be committed.
7.All the new inventions are used ultimately to destroy as well as annihilating plants and animals.
8.The environmental pollution and destruction increase constantly and the degeneration of man produces ever more deadly excesses.
9.Therefore in reality, so-called progress is nothing else but a degeneration leading nowhere.
10.One cannot even speak about a retrogression, because never before has Earth humanity found itself on such a steep decline as in the present time.
11.If Earth humanity and its governments as well as other responsible people, as i.e. scientists do not wake up soon, then it will come to a worldwide catastrophe, which cannot prevent a general hostility from man to man.
12.All evils will increase to such an extent, that only brutal force can put a stop to it.
13.Greed for money and possessions, general lack of decency and respect, sick ambition and hunger for power, as well as robbery and murder and many other excesses will become the order of the day.
14.And if people do not become aware of it very soon, it will rapidly go downhill, until finally everything sinks into the abyss!
15.It seems, but perhaps it is also the reality, that mankind must first fall into the deepest abyss of its history before it wakes up and realizes that it is stuck in a dead end, where lurks the complete self-destruction, which may end in an atomic war or worse, despite all hypocritical disarmament efforts..
16.Maybe there will be enough survivors who can make a new beginning from the wreckage and can realize which deadly mistakes have been made in order not to repeat these again.
17.Perhaps the survivors will recognize that selfishness, vice, greed, arrogance, excessive ambition, and greed for possessions etc. cannot form a stable basis for a healthy human society.
18.But so far this recognition does not penetrate into the consciousness of most people, because selfishness is still strongly prevalent.
19.Man is still blinded by progress, technology, money and exterior prosperity, but at the same time impoverishes more and more in his consciousness, in his psyche and feelings.
20.Interpersonal relations become a farce because the more people that crowd the planet, the more the lonely and careworn the individual becomes, because the contacts between people will become more sparse and are only directed toward material gain and profit.
21.Many thousands of firms, large and small businesses, go bankrupt every year in every country, and all because “young, dynamic powers” take on the helm, wanting to rise quickly, not paying heed to advice from others.
22.In their megalomania and greed for profit they expand their businesses and get into debt, which they can never repay.
23.They act just like the governments, that get into debt to the tune of hundreds of millions of francs, marks or dollars, because they miscalculate in their conceit, and often don’t even know how much a million or billion actually is.
24.They are all power- and profit-hungry people, by whom all older workers were and will be pushed from their jobs and positions, even though their healthy caution had properly brought the businesses to bloom.
25.These young, ambitious, power- and profit-hungry workers no longer have this caution, and consequently they impetuously storm ahead, but only end up destroying everything.
26.They neither heard of pragmatism nor that only exactly calculable risks should be taken.
27.Governing people as well as entrepreneurs are no longer in control of their businesses because they are the wrong people in the wrong positions.
28.Therefore it is not surprising that all of mankind as well as the planet and all of its other life forms etc. are sliding more and more and irresistibly into the deepest abyss and rushing towards total destruction.
29.As a matter of fact, the people on Earth are up to the eyeballs in muck and don’t recognize or understand the truth anymore.
30.Actually, they do not want to see or know the truth, because they still think of themselves as the absolute crown of Creation, who can do as they please and never fail.
31.In fact it is not all people who are wandering on the path to destruction, because there are also those who recognize the scary situation and are trying with all means possible to wake up the majority of mankind who think and act wrong.
32.Unfortunately these people only belong to a minority, who go unheard and are even attacked because most people do not want to be told the truth nor are they willing to give it a thought.
33.In spite of all this, the minority must continue the fight for enlightenment, even though it is almost hopeless.
34.Only he who fights for life can win even when it seems useless.
35.In the end, and in spite of all the defeats, the winners will be those who held onto the truth tenaciously and fought for it, even though this victory will only be signified by a good conscience and an inner satisfaction that they have fulfilled their duty with respect to life, the world, mankind and all other life forms on Earth in accordance with the laws and directives of Creation.

Unfortunately, earth humans have generally assigned top ranks or top status to political, economic, scientific, military, material and financial values. These, however, are non-values that bring tremendous damage through which the well-being in physical and psychological aspects is impaired, as well as the consciousness-related development of the individual and even of the whole of mankind. As a result, the true sages and philosophers have vanished, making room for the “wanna-be’s” with respect to wisdom and philosophy who frequently inundate the world and its mankind with horrendous nonsense that has nothing to do with reality, correctness and conformity to laws of the spiritual energies and Creation. All of these non-values must be removed in order to place the true sages back in their proper place in society. The opportunity must be provided for these few who are presently on Earth, to emerge from their hidden solitude so that they can instruct the people. In so doing, however, all those must be pushed into the background who spread unreasonable sectarian teachings and principles, through which earth humans have been pushed away from the real truth and have been misled.
